Cancellation Policy:
As workshop space is limited, kindly inform us of any cancellations as far in advance as possible. This allows those on our waiting list to be accommodated.
Participants needing to cancel a registration will be issued a full refund if notice of that cancellation is received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop. Cancellations made 13 or fewer calendar days prior to the first day of the scheduled event will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee.
Workshop registration is transferable to another individual, but all substitutions must be communicated to us in writing prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Refunds cannot be made for participant no-shows.
